In Short

• Design and implement flight controls for aircraft autonomy system.
• Write requirements for automation functions and flight control.
• Create and use simulation tools including Simulink and MATLAB.
• Participate in flight testing to verify control law performance.
• Document Simulink control law models and participate in certification.
• Collaborate to develop certifiable systems for aviation challenges.

Requirements

• BS in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in control systems for fixed wing aircraft.
• Experience in Model Based Development and certification.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.
• Experience in real-time systems software development.
• Experience with certified software under RTCA DO-178.
