Overview

The Program Director - CRM & Data Transformation is responsible for the successful sales and delivery of CXM's client accounts, collaborating with various teams to win and deliver client engagements.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in transformation and client engagements.
• Experience in delivering digital experience work.
• Proven track record in commercial delivery.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Expertise in program management methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in professional services environment.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Ability to develop and manage teams effectively.
