In Short

• Source and engage with candidates for various job positions using innovative recruitment methods.
• Communicate effectively with candidates in Dutch through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate with seasoned recruiters to understand job requirements and client needs.
• Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our tracking system.
• Participate in training initiatives to become familiar with the recruitment process and best practices.
• Stay informed about trends in the job market to better advise both candidates and clients.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
