To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Assistant who will keep an overview of our numbers and ensure that our financial processes run smoothly.

In Short

• Support in accounting, invoicing, and payment processing
• Risk management: Identifying financial project risks and initiating countermeasures
• Monitoring: Ongoing oversight of project costs, milestones, and resource usage
• Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments as well as open-item management
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in budget planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Collaboration with tax advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes
• Maintenance of financial and accounting systems

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in finance/controlling
• Proficient use of MS Office, Excel, and financial software
• Accuracy, analytical thinking, and a structured working style
• Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and a sense of responsibility
• Interest in numbers, processes, and corporate finance
