Sports Videographer, Photographer, and Content Creator - Remote

Overview

Menlo School is seeking a talented and creative Sports Videographer, Photographer, and Content Creator to bring our Upper and Middle School Athletics programs to life through compelling multimedia storytelling.

In Short

• Produce high-quality videos and photography for athletics programs.
• Capture dynamic content from various athletic events.
• Create highlight videos, social media reels, and storytelling videos.
• Collaborate with Communications and Athletics teams on content strategy.
• Conduct interviews with students, coaches, and staff.
• Edit photos and videos remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Post content on various platforms including Instagram and the School’s website.
• Assist with second camera work for major school events.
• Work part-time (.6 FTE) from August 2025 to June 2026.
• Bay Area-based candidates preferred for on-site work.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio in sports photography and videography.
• Experience with professional video and photography equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and other editing software.
• Ability to switch between photography and videography during events.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with subjects.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in a school environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics is desired.
• BA in relevant field preferred but experience is also considered.
