Requirements

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.

• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Tactful communication abilities.
• Self-initiator with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
