Requirements

• Must be a licensed Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience treating ADHD.
• Experience in prescribing controlled substances is required.
• Must have a valid DEA license.
• Must have a valid multi-state license.
