Overview

We are seeking an Associate Creative Director (UI/UX) to lead the creative strategy and execution of user-centered digital experiences.

In Short

  • Lead the concepting, design, and execution of user experiences across digital products.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Translate complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Guide and mentor designers through reviews and feedback.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
  • Use data and user research to inform design decisions.
  • Stay current with digital design trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in digital design, with leadership experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design work.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
  • Experience mentoring and managing designers.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field preferred.
