As a Remote Medical Assistant - Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through enrollment in Medsien's programs and helping them understand the benefits of ongoing care.

Requirements

• Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA, or RMA) with patient-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to remote digital tools.
