Accounts Receivable Associate - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for overseeing daily accounts receivable functions while ensuring accuracy in student revenue channels.

In Short

• Manage daily A/R functions and ensure accuracy of student invoices.
• Create and submit invoices for assigned revenue channels.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and process payments.
• Conduct payment reconciliations and assist with collections.
• Provide excellent customer service for email inquiries.
• Collaborate with AR team members for cross-training.
• Participate in regular staff meetings.
• Identify and execute adjustments for accounts as needed.
• Assist AR Manager in reducing outstanding receivables.
• Work remotely during standard business hours.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
