Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with deep understanding of insurance and underwriting operations who can transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

In Short

Design & Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
AI-driven prototyping knowledge using Figma Make or similar tools.
Manage complex Figma workfiles for scalable design iterations.
Ensure adherence to design systems and accessibility standards.
Conduct user testing sessions to validate designs.
Apply understanding of insurance products in design processes.
Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with stakeholders and present design concepts clearly.
Iterate designs based on usability feedback.
Basic knowledge of frontend development is a plus.

Requirements

3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Solid domain knowledge of insurance and underwriting operations.
Deep proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable in agile environments.
