The Senior Business Analyst at McFadyen Digital will play a key role in eCommerce solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while working with various stakeholders to optimize business processes and enhance user experiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Experience in IT or eBusiness, particularly with e-commerce.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with internet technologies and trends.
• Understanding of eCommerce complexities, including localization.
• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise-class eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and writing user stories.
• Knowledge of multiple vertical industries is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
