• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service needs
• Gather detailed information to determine the nature and urgency of each request
• Dispatch service technicians to breakdown locations in a timely and efficient manner
• Enter and maintain accurate information in the dispatch system
• Communicate necessary job details to field technicians
• Follow up on open service calls and ensure proper closure
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with both customers and internal teams

Requirements

• High Speed Internet Connection (required for remote work)
• Personal Computer (Laptop/Desktop) with an additional monitor
• Wired or wireless headset
• Schedule Flexibility is a must
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and consistent typing ability
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
