• Manage and maintain the client database using CRM tools (Salesforce).

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and digital tools.
• Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
• Ability to adapt within a matrix organization.
• Solution-oriented and supportive to operational teams.
• Good interpersonal skills, organized, autonomous, and open-minded.
• Fluency in English is desirable.
