Consultant Manager in Risks, Internal Control and Internal Audit - Remote

Overview

The Consultant Manager will join the Assurance Consulting Pole and support clients in implementing and optimizing internal control and risk management systems.

In Short

• Lead the implementation and optimization of internal control and risk management systems.
• Conduct risk mapping and develop control measures and action plans.
• Draft written policies and procedures.
• Manage third-party and subcontractor risk.
• Contribute to the development of internal audit departments.
• Oversee outsourced or co-managed internal audit missions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Identify client needs and participate in proposals.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) and a minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting or insurance.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
• Ability to adapt communication to various stakeholders.
• Team player with a passion for challenges.
• Fluency in English for international client interactions.
