Overview

This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic insurance consulting environment, focusing on commercial development, strategy support, financial management, and internal coordination.

In Short

• Prepare client meetings with relevant information and PPT supports.
• Support the bidding process and ensure completeness of documents.
• Maintain and update prospect lists and manage client contacts in Salesforce.
• Contribute to commercial development and client network activities.
• Manage KAM platforms until contract signing.
• Prepare and track dashboards in collaboration with the sales department.
• Assist in financial management and billing processes.
• Welcome new team members and organize internal meetings.
• Participate in internal projects within the consulting team.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Sales Assistant.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and proactive.
• Strong relational intelligence to navigate a dynamic environment.
• Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
