As part of the marketing team, you will help increase our visibility in the IT market and sharpen our positioning, ensuring B2B clients recognize our value.

• Promote events and content on various social media channels for maximum visibility.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as social media posts and whitepapers.
• Organize remote meetups and webinars using tools like Zoom and Meetup.
• Work proficiently with Canva, FirefliesAI, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other tools.
• Edit video content and produce short videos using modern editing tools.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to analyze results and measure the success of marketing activities.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a university studying communication sciences, media management, business administration, psychology, computer science, German studies, or a related field.
• Ideally have initial experience with a content management system (like WordPress), email marketing, or event organization.
• Quickly learn new software and utilize AI technologies to optimize work.
• Fluent in German at C1 level.
