In Short

  • Lead teams to solve complex problems in autonomous driving.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams including engineering and product.
  • Clarify requirements and prioritize technical tasks.
  • Assess and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Provide leadership in decision making and project tracking.
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Drive data-driven decisions for project success.
  • Coordinate workshops and track progress on projects.
  • Communicate effectively between development and production teams.
  • Ensure high-quality product delivery through effective planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering or project management.
  • Strong initiative and ability to take on challenges.
  • Understanding of software and hardware development life cycles.
  • Ability to clarify and document project requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in fast-paced research and development projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the autonomous vehicle industry is desirable.
