We have an opening for a full-time, permanent Senior Insider Threat Analyst to join our talented, dynamic team in support of a large Federal Government customer.

In Short

• Analyze user behaviors to identify potential insider threats.
• Develop custom analytics and detections in Splunk.
• Review and analyze log files from various sources.
• Provide targeted detection and analysis for insider threats.
• Collaborate with incident response teams.
• Conduct research and trend analysis across data sets.
• Provide detailed technical reports on suspicious activities.
• Identify use-cases for automation using SOAR.
• Define abnormal user behaviors.
• Support both technical and leadership audiences with findings.

Requirements

• Expertise in Splunk and User Behavior Analytics.
• Experience with SIEM and EDR tools.
• Ability to analyze anomalous user behavior.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
