Overview

The Modernization Analyst - Readiness Assessment role involves conducting assessments of legacy systems and providing recommendations for modernization strategies in a contract capacity.

• Conduct assessments of existing legacy systems (Excel, Access, SQL Server).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis or modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of legacy systems, especially Excel/Access/SQL Server.
• Proven experience with .NET and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Familiarity with SDLC and security best practices.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 or higher for accessibility compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
