Overview

MATRIX is seeking Camp Managers on a rotational basis for projects across Canada in some of the most remote locations. The role requires resourcefulness, teamwork, and strong organizational skills.

Hands-on support with staffing and operations

Requirements

2-3 years as a Camp Manager in remote settings
Knowledge in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical
PAL license and Level 1 Supervisor Ticket required
Level 1 First Aid Certification or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Proficient in MS Office programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
