Fire & Security Minor Works Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Fire & Security Minor Works Engineer will work closely with the Minor Works / Installations Team on small projects involving CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarm Systems, delivering exceptional customer service.

In Short

• Work on small Fire & Security projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with the Lead Engineer on critical issues.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and onsite clients.
• Maintain Fire & Security Systems as required.
• Ensure effective communication with customers and schedulers.
• Support Service Engineers on specific jobs as needed.
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive calls.
• Maintain stock levels with Stores team support.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
• Identify personal training needs for better customer service.
