Overview

The Fire & Security Minor Works Engineer will work closely with the Minor Works / Installations Team on small projects involving CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarm Systems, ensuring world-class customer service.

• Work on small projects related to fire and security systems.
• Liaise with the Lead Engineer on critical issues.
• Collaborate with subcontract labour and onsite clients.
• Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your region.
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits.
• Utilise customer portals as directed.
• Support Service Engineers as needed.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
• Identify personal training and development needs.
• Ensure effective communication with customers.
