Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Misfits & Machines is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive efficiency, structure, and execution across our technology initiatives. This role is the technology-world equivalent of a TV producer, ensuring that our engineers, AI specialists and product teams are aligned and moving toward successful product launches.

In Short

• Make clear project plans that include milestones and deadlines.
• Work with leadership and product teams to gather their technical needs.
• Partner with engineering, product and creative teams to allocate resources.
• Proactively identify risks and roadblocks.
• Organize and lead Agile activities.
• Implement best practices and workflows for team efficiency.
• Act as the primary connector between technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience in technical project management.
• Prior experience managing projects in experimental environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
• Solid comprehension of software development, AI, and technology trends.
• Experience working with technical teams and aligning priorities.
• Able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
