Overview

The Change and Integration Risk Manager at Marex will oversee acquisitions and change projects, identifying risks and making recommendations to ensure successful implementation.

In Short

• Provide oversight on acquisition integrations and change projects.
• Conduct due diligence and draft risk reports for senior management.
• Influence target operating model discussions.
• Perform risk assessments on strategic investments and divestitures.
• Guide business teams on risk response strategies.
• Track risks through project lifecycle with RAID logs.
• Collaborate with Risk Department for holistic oversight.
• Prepare risk metrics reporting for senior management.
• Deputise for the Head of Change and Transformation Risk.
• Engage in lessons learned exercises post-project.

Requirements

• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, M&A, or corporate strategy.
• Relevant experience in change or transformation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk identification.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across the firm.
• Experience in fast-paced change environments.
• Experience with Board and Committee level reporting.
