In Short

• Own the technical vision, lead the strategy and guide the team to execute towards building the future of Search.
• Partner with product, design & key stakeholders to help drive key search decisions that influence the business.
• Coordinating deadlines, setting pricing, developing a marketing strategy, and enabling support teams.
• Work closely with product to figure out what our customers need, and develop a strategic plan to address their pain.
• Manage and develop our engineering teams through hiring, retaining, mentoring, and continually building the team’s capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development leadership experience.
• Conceptualized and delivered B2B2C or consumer-facing products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to establish a realistic yet ambitious product roadmap and effectively communicate it to the market and across the organization.
• Experience in a high-accountability environment, with the ability to build, operationalize, and scale technically distributed organizations (engineering, product, data scientists, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to drive go-to-market strategies that have resulted in successful product adoption and revenue generation.
• Previous experience with full profit and loss responsibility for a business unit.
