Technology/Cyber Risk Oversight Senior Manager - Remote

Overview

M&T Bank is seeking an experienced Technology and Cybersecurity Risk Oversight Senior Manager focused in the areas of technology and enterprise data risk oversight. This position is responsible for implementing risk oversight strategies and processes for the Bank's technology and enterprise data risk management practices.

In Short

• Implement risk oversight strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years relevant experience or 13 years combined experience.
• Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in technology or cybersecurity risk.
• Expert knowledge of risk principles.
• Proficient in computer skills and analytical skills.
• One or more relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead strategic direction and influence peers.
• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
