Accommodations Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented Accommodations Program Manager to join our team, focusing on providing best-in-class workplace accommodations and ADA experiences to employees. This remote W2 contract position lasts for 6+ months.

In Short

• Provide end-to-end case management on the accommodation process.
• Manage the absence and accommodation program.
• Maintain regular contact with employees and stakeholders.
• Leverage data to improve employee experiences.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage complex projects and deadlines.
• Provide consultation on workplace accommodations.
• Document communications and provide operational reports.
• Drive change through effective program management.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience with Accommodations and ADA.
• Understanding of ADA and Neurodiversity.
• Knowledge of federal and state disability laws.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong business judgment.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably Workday.
• Commitment to confidentiality with HR data.
