Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in video post-production.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Strong editorial instincts in direct response and social storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere and intermediate skills in After Effects.
  • A builder’s mindset focused on scalable systems.
  • Performance-aware with a focus on conversion and engagement.
  • Familiarity with health and wellness product compliance (FTC/FDA).
  • Experience with influencers and user-generated content is a plus.
