Making Stuff Better (MSB) is a coaching and coach education practice dedicated to enhancing leadership in international schools. Founded in 2017, MSB has grown to a core team of seven and collaborates with twenty-eight accredited coaches across six continents. With a revenue approaching £1 million, the company is focused on deliberate growth and has successfully coached over 450 leaders in more than 120 schools.
