In Short

• Create high-quality game animations with a strong understanding of body mechanics and character behavior.
• Work with designer speed metrics to ensure animations align with gameplay requirements.
• Develop fluid and dynamic locomotion systems, combat animations (melee & ranged), attack sequences, finishers, and enemy reactions.
• Utilize motion capture (mocap) as a base for animation, performing retiming, refining key poses, and adapting movements to meet project-specific needs.
• Animate animals and creatures with realistic motion and behavior.
• Create expressive acting animations for cinematic cutscenes, delivering emotional and immersive storytelling.
• Work closely with animators, designers, and technical teams to maintain animation quality and consistency.
• Utilize Animbot and custom scripts to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D animation, particularly in game development.
• Strong understanding of body mechanics and character behavior.
• Experience with motion capture technology.
• Ability to create animations that align with gameplay requirements.
• Familiarity with animation software and tools.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
