In Short

• Provide software development project management + cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver outstanding products.
• Manage and track engineering project delivery schedules and ensure they align with cross-functional upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Identify gaps and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, following through until resolution.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive effective and consistent processes in the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong project management skills and experience with technical teams.
• Mechanisms for risk and critical path management.
• Experience communicating with external partners and stakeholders.
