Overview

Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. We work with industry leaders to improve access to effective, high-quality mental health care for their employees and their families.

In Short

• Provide short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions with adults via video.
• Support clients around their emotional and mental health by practicing empathy.
• Share digital lessons, activities, and assessments with clients between sessions.
• Work a structured part-time schedule hosting a minimum of 16 client sessions.
• Engage in ongoing clinical consultation with Lyra’s expert clinical team.
• Participate in continuing education and ongoing peer consultation.
• Enjoy comprehensive onboarding with dedicated live training sessions.
• Deliver culturally responsive care to meet clients' unique needs.
• Connect with peers in group consultations and attend community events.
• Demonstrate the ability to coach the person, not the problem.
