Overview

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Lumiere Children's Therapy, you will plan, develop, and monitor behavior interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related challenges. You will work in a supportive environment that values collaboration and professional growth.

In Short

  • Work with children with communication and behavioral challenges.
  • Plan and implement individualized behavior analytic treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train ABA Therapists and RBTs.
  • Monitor and modify treatment plans based on data and feedback.
  • Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with standards.
  • Promote positive public relations and interagency collaboration.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Provide feedback to improve therapy implementation.
  • Work remotely in a full-time position.

Requirements

  • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Master's degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Knowledge of autism assessment tools and child development.
  • Experience in developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to travel independently in rural/remote locations.
