Overview

Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Operator in the thriving iGaming industry! As a Customer Experience Operator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Customer Success team, driving operational efficiency and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on CS metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and Effortless Score.
  • Track customer feedback, support data accuracy, and ensure functionality of CS systems.
  • Prepare presentations and insights for leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and update the Customer Success Playbook as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and organize workshops to gather feedback and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success and Customer Experience roles.
  • Solid skills in data tracking and reporting, using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with feedback loop processes and Customer Success metrics.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is highly recommended but not mandatory.
