Back End Developer - Remote

In Short

• Develop and maintain applications using cloud architecture
• Build efficient, scalable, secure, and observable applications
• Collaborate with front-end developers, Quality Analysts, and Business Analysts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive in addressing technical issues
• Experience with REST APIs and state aware workflows
• Strong understanding of Go and additional scripting languages
• Database integration and development skills
• Experience with workflow engines
• Must be able to work in ET time zone hours

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Go
• 5+ years of database integration experience
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
• Capable of self-deployments in a well-defined container pipeline
• Firm understanding of cloud infrastructure
• Solid experience with SQL and document database development
• Experience with popular workflow engines
• Nice to have: experience in Media/Entertainment
• Nice to have: experience with Video Engineering
