Train Driver in Switzerland and/or Germany - Remote

Overview

This position involves taking responsibility in the driver's cab of our locomotives and trains, ensuring our trains reach their destinations safely and reliably every day.

In Short

• Safely and punctually operate freight trains on the rail network in Switzerland and/or Germany.
• Monitor and comply with all relevant safety regulations and operational guidelines during train operations.
• Prepare and perform shunting activities as well as coupling and uncoupling of wagons.
• Communicate with the control center and other parties to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and assist with simple maintenance tasks to ensure operational safety.

Requirements

• You are a trained train driver of category B/B100 in Switzerland or Germany.
• You have a high sense of safety and responsibility and are known for your conscientiousness and reliability.
• You are customer- and team-oriented, helpful, and resilient.
• You are comfortable with irregular working hours in a 24-hour shift system.
• You have good eyesight and a healthy constitution.
