Livaclean is a fast-growing eCommerce company seeking a Community & Affiliate Manager to build a vibrant creator community around its products, focusing on engaging affiliates through Discord.

• Manage and grow a Discord community for Livaclean affiliates.
• Build genuine relationships with creators and influencers.
• Support the engagement and performance of affiliates.
• Organize community activities and events on Discord.
• Engage with creators' content to foster connections.
• Track community health and propose improvements.
• Assist in preparing for community calls and meetings.
• Utilize outreach strategies to invite new affiliates.
• Maintain communication logs and performance metrics.
• Contribute creative ideas for community engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community or affiliate management.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z communication and TikTok culture.
• Warm and friendly presence, especially on camera.
• Experience managing Discord or similar communities.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Discord and Notion.
• High emotional intelligence and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
