SAP Consultant for S/4HANA Solutions - Remote

Overview

You will build the SAP consulting team in Lithuania, design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions mainly for the manufacturing and Automotive industry.

In Short

• Responsible for conversion and migration of SAP ECC-based systems to S/4HANA.
• Advise on implications of structural transformation in process analyses and data areas.
• Conduct agile workshops and develop best practice solutions.
• Manage scheduling and economic project control.
• Collaborate with project and client teams.
• Design ETL jobs for data extraction and transformation.
• Utilize data quality modules for cleansing and validation.
• Define migration strategies and develop migration concepts.

• Proven communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or similar.
• Fluent in English; German skills are beneficial.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration within SAP.
• At least 3-5 Full Life Cycle Implementations in SAP.
• Understanding of SAP data dependencies across functional domains.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG and SAP SAC for data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
• Travel readiness and communication skills with stakeholders.
• High customer orientation and business acumen.
