Social Worker – CMHT - Remote

Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) at Halton Borough Council.

In Short

• Work within the framework of legislation and policies.
• Assist individuals and families in resolving personal problems.
• Manage an allocated social work caseload.
• Undertake assessments in accordance with legislation.
• Negotiate and coordinate services as appropriate.
• Comply with administrative and financial procedures.

• Contribute to the development of social work students.
• Attend formal training and continuous professional development.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
