In Short

Designing and implementing modern work solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies with a focus on SharePoint.
Collaborating closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
Managing projects and sub-projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Working hands-on alongside developers and technical consultants, driving projects from concept to completion.
Providing strategic guidance to clients, helping them maximize the potential of their digital workplace.

Requirements

Proven experience in working directly with major customers and understanding their business needs.
Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong focus on SharePoint.
A strategic mindset to see the "big picture" while also diving into technical details when needed.
Excellent communication German skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, always seeking clarity and striving for the best solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure Web Apps, ServiceBus, and Application Insights is a plus.
