Overview

As a Broker Lifecycle Coordinator, you will support the onboarding and lifecycle processes for brokers at Lendi Group, ensuring they are set up correctly and have a seamless experience.

• Coordinate onboarding processes for new brokers.
• Maintain and administer broker data.
• Provide reporting and status updates on brokers.
• Assist brokers with daily tasks.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
• Knowledge of operational risk management.
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure.
