In Short

• Manage Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Ensure configurations support accurate payroll and compliance.
• Oversee payroll calculations, time rules, and absence plans.
• Manage Workday biannual releases and evaluate feature impacts.
• Maintain strong business process controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with Payroll and HR Operations for system solutions.
• Drive payroll accuracy and support reconciliation activities.
• Document configuration artifacts for compliance and sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency.
• Act as decision-maker for Workday configuration and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll, Time, and Absence configuration experience.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll frameworks and policies.
• Experience leading Workday release cycles for Payroll, Time, and Absence.
• Ability to partner with Payroll and HR Operations effectively.
• Advanced Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration skills.
• Expertise in Business Processes and calculated fields.
• Understanding of Workday security and domain access.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and troubleshooting.
