Lean Tech is a rapidly expanding organization situated in Medellín, Colombia, focused on software development and IT services for various sectors. We are looking for an IT Data Analyst to join our enterprise data team to build and maintain foundational datasets that support business insights.

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Partner with data engineering team to define foundational datasets.
• Translate business requirements into robust data models.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to capture requirements.
• Support backlog management and sprint planning.
• Maintain documentation for data sources and transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake and modern data architecture.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
