Overview

The Legal/Litigation Officer will support the Legal Adviser/Company Secretary in executing all legal and litigation functions, ensuring compliance with statutory provisions and minimizing exposure to potential litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years corporate/commercial practice experience.
• First degree in Law (LLB) required.
• Barrister of Law (BL) required.
• Master's in Law (LLM) is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
