Overview

The Case Manager serves as the primary contact for clients after they retain the firm, guiding them through their medical treatment journey while supporting the legal team with case updates, medical information, and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in personal injury law or medical case coordination
• Experience managing a high volume of client files
• Strong documentation and case management software skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A compassionate and client-focused approach to service
• Must reside within the United States
