Overview

As a Remote ADU Consultant, you will play a key role in our client’s high-performing sales team, managing a continuous stream of inbound B2C leads within the growing ADU design and construction market.

In Short

  • Conduct video sales presentations to qualified warm leads
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to qualification and follow-up
  • Engage with new and existing clients, building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions
  • Leverage AI, CRM, dashboards, and automation tools for pipeline management
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of successful B2C sales or customer support experience
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Full professional working proficiency in English (Level C1-C2)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technologies
  • Ideally, fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or another Slavic language
  • Bonus: Knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
