Overview

The Lovlan Group requires a Platinum Account Assistant to ensure smooth communication and reporting with important clients, while maximizing business development opportunities.

In Short

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with international companies.
• Aptitude with Word, Excel, Outlook, Drive, Dropbox, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn is necessary.
• Administration of language level tests for corporate clients.
• Preparation of monthly reports for corporate clients.
• Research into clients' commercial activities and competitors.
• Connection with important clients on LinkedIn.
• Updating feedback and testimonials from corporate clients.
• Will report to the Sales Team Supervisor and liaise closely with the CEO.

Requirements

• Must have own computer and internet connection.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week or 30 hours per week (4 days, negotiable).
• 6-month probation period.
• 31 days of paid holiday after probation.
• Time zone: Europe, East Coast of the USA, negotiable.
