Turkish Video Remote Interpreter

Overview

As a Turkish Remote Agent within the Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) division, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings, including customer service, medical, and other verticals via audio and video.

In Short

• Provide effective audio and video remote interpreting
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
• Perform basic troubleshooting for technical issues
• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
• Maintain strict standards of confidentiality
• Complete assigned training(s)
• Participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring
• Full fluency in both English and Turkish required
• Preferred - professional interpreting experience

Requirements

• U.S. resident
• Technology proficient (web based platforms, email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
• Preferred - industry specific certifications/trainings (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
• Preferred - proof of 40+ hour medical interpreting training
