  • Implement advanced audience strategies using lookalike models, exclusions, and interest-based targeting.
  • Utilize Meta’s Conversion API and Pixel for accurate tracking and optimization of performance metrics.
  • Scale campaigns effectively while ensuring alignment with ROI and KPI goals.
  • Allocate 10% of each account’s budget for testing new strategies, creatives, and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact ad content.
  • Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM to inform real-time optimizations.
  • Strategically allocate and optimize ad spends across accounts to maximize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta’s algorithm changes and new advertising features.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years managing high-budget Meta campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Meta Blueprint Certification, Google Analytics 4 Certification (preferred).
  • Strong skills in creative development, including ad copywriting and collaborating on visuals.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A passion for digital advertising and innovation.
